Everything is a negotiation. Even self-advocacy is a negotiation. Teens who master this skill gain the upper hand in life. Are your teens prepared to advocate for themselves with

Make sure your teen is prepared for their best life by giving them the gift of negotiation skills. Self-advocacy skills last a lifetime and the better they are at this, the more they will gain in life.

Enroll in an eight-week live, online course with a small group.
These small groups allow everyone ample time to give and receive feedback after mock negotiations. Each week, your teen will learn different techniques and immediately have the opportunity to practice with a partner. Towards the end of the course, the negotiations will become more complex, and your teen will experience a multi-party negotiation.
All instructors follow the same curriculum but every single session is unique with different role-playing homework. Many participants take multiple sessions to continue practicing and improving their negotiation skills.

- Tips on Managing Your Emotions
- Negotiation Role-Play with a Partner
- Group Negotiation Role-Play
- Observation of Other Negotiations
Participants will gain:
- An understanding of how to listen deeply
- Confidence to go into any difficult conversation with ease
- Skills to ask deep questions
- A deeper understanding of how to prepare for any negotiation
